• T-Shirt Orders - This form is for patrol leaders to complete for their entire patrol. If you have volunteers attached to your patrol, please include their t-shirt request with your patrol.
• Pre-Orders - This form is for purchasing the logo pre-order items and was intended for individuals to complete. Plese share with your patrols! To ensure that we have the correct inventory and sizes we have decided to offer these items for pre-order. Very limited quantities will be available at the camporee.

• Offsite 1: Seal and Sea Lion Discovery
• Offsite 3: Whale Watching
• Offsite 11: University of California Berkeley Tour/Taste of Chocolate - participants must wear closed toe shoes.
• Offsite 15: Horseback Riding - riders need to wear long pants (no clam digges, pedal pushers, etc. Pants must go to the ankle), closed toe shoes with socks (with a small heel or with a textured sole). Girls may bring their own bicycle helmets.

Waivers - please send in signed forms by July 1. Bring a hard copy with you!

Note: If you do not bring the signed waivers you will NOT be able to go on your offsite or workshop!

• Offsite 8: Gold Country/Moaning Cavern - participants should bring a lunch. There are picnic facilities at the Moaning Cavern area, cold drinks, chips and candy are availalbe for sale at the gift shop. Plan to wear lon pants and closed toe shoes with socks. The cave is chilly. A sweatshirt is advised. Bring water bottle.
• Offsite 16: Indoor Sky Diving and Rock Climbing - participants should wear jeans and t-shirt and shoes with laces.
• Workshop 151, 251, 351, 451, 551,651: Sailing Waiver
• Equipment Waiver for anyone renting camping equipment
